After two years of preparation, the REM (Reunion of European Militant) training and exchange program officially will start today the 26th July 2019. The participants are  JOC Spain and Catalonia, Italy, England and Wales,France, CIJOC, Portugal and other invited guests arrived in Porto (at the venue) safely.
